TitanCore IT ("we", "us", or "our") operates a business management platform (the "Service") used by service businesses to manage reviews, invoicing, and scheduling. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our Service — whether as a business subscriber or as a customer of a business that uses our platform.

Business subscribers: When a business signs up, we collect the business name, contact email, phone number, billing information (processed by Stripe), and business settings you configure.

End customers: When a business enters a customer's information into our platform to send an invoice or review request, we receive that customer's name, phone number, and email address. This information is provided directly by the business on behalf of the customer.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the Service to business subscribers (invoicing, scheduling, review requests)
• Send SMS messages to end customers on behalf of the subscribing business (e.g., invoice links, review request links, appointment reminders)
• Process payments via Stripe
• Provide customer support
• Improve the reliability and performance of our platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing messages to end customers.

End customers may receive SMS messages sent through our platform on behalf of a business subscriber. These messages include:

• Post-service feedback requests (up to 2 messages per completed service)
• Invoice delivery and payment links
• Appointment reminders

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We share information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the platform:

• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Email delivery
• Supabase — Database hosting

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Business subscriber data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation. End customer records are retained as long as the subscribing business maintains an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
