Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TitanCore IT platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all business subscribers and, where applicable, to end customers who receive communications sent through the platform.

Description of Service

TitanCore IT provides a business management platform for service businesses that includes tools for review collection, invoicing, payment processing, customer scheduling, and related communications. The platform allows businesses to send SMS and email messages to their customers through integrated third-party providers (Twilio, Resend, Stripe).

Business Subscriber Responsibilities

As a business subscriber, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Only send messages to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive SMS communications from your business
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
  • Not use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Pay all applicable subscription fees on time

SMS Messaging and End Customer Consent

Business subscribers are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before submitting customer phone numbers to the platform. By submitting a customer phone number, the business represents that:
  • The customer provided their phone number directly to the business
  • The customer was informed they may receive SMS communications regarding their service
  • The customer has not previously opted out of such communications
Message frequency: up to 2 SMS messages per completed service (initial request + one follow-up). Standard message and data rates may apply. End customers may reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service if payment is not received within the grace period following a failed charge.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by TitanCore IT and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitanCore IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
